Ryan

Ryan is officially a reader now. This morning I sat down with him and he read three books to me. Here is the text of one of the books he read to me:

Pig Wig ran to tag Rag.

Rag hid in the hat.

Pig Wig ran to tag Cat.

Cat hid in the hat.

Pig Wig ran to tag Rat.

Rat hid in the hat.

Pig Wig tags Rat, Cat, and Rag.

Isn't that awesome! He's only three years old and he is reading!! The only time I helped him was the first time he had the word 'the'. The rest he sounded out on his own.
