The Writers Strike

I don't know about you but the writers strike totally blew my tv watching schedule. I don't have cable hooked up here at the house so I was watching all my favorite shows online. I mostly watched ABC.com and NBC.com. When the pretaped shows ran out I panicked. Its a little sad but I was unsure of what to do with my evening time. I read a few books, scrapbooked a little and tried learning to crochet. Tried being the operative word here. Then I discovered Amazon Unbox. Oh, Lord! All my favorite shows in one place. I could even download past seasons that I missed. I have found so many shows that I missed out on last year. Like Jericho, Friday Night Lights, (I think this is my all time favorite tv show. Such amazing acting) and ER. Now I know ER isn't new. In fact, it's probably been on longer than I've been alive. But I rewatched seasons 1-4. And remembered why I loved that show. I also checked out Bionic Woman but read somewhere its not getting picked up for another season.

So what have you been watching? Anything you recommend?

Have you ever watched Ugly Betty? I just started watching and I SO love Mark and Amanda! They are the reason I keep watching.
And Gene Simmons as her dad! I totally laughed out loud when they revealed that.
