Okay so maybe the donuts aren't homemade but the frosting sure is. Each of the kids made frosting out of powdered sugar (and a little bit of water) and a drop of food coloring. After drizzling the frosting over the donuts they each gave their siblings one of their color so everyone had one one of each.
This was really easy to do and the kids had so much fun decorating them. I think next time we'll add some sprinkles.
